Shipping Info

Tsugi Shipping Procedures:

1. Shipping Schedule: We ship orders every Tuesday. If you require a specific delivery time, please contact us to coordinate a suitable arrangement.

2. Order Processing: To ensure the health of the fish, we have fasted them for at least two days before shipping. Consequently, any orders placed within 48 hours of a Tuesday will be shipped the following Tuesday.

3. Packaging: Your fish are carefully packed in corrugated cardboard boxes with ample foam insulation. We also use oxygenated air and medicated water with double-bagging plastics to prevent leakage during transit.

4. Climate Considerations: Depending on the destination's local weather conditions, we may include ice or heat packs in the shipment to maintain optimal temperatures.

5. Shipping Carrier: Currently, we prefer to use UPS as our primary shipping carrier.

Alternative Shipping Options: Upon request, we can arrange Air Cargo shipments through SouthWest Airlines, subject to an additional fee.

6. Shipping Restrictions: We exclusively ship to the 48 contiguous states within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, international locations, or US territories.

7. Fish Reservation: Advanced payment is required to reserve fish. We can hold your fish for up to two weeks from the order date.
